The Role

  • We are currently looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join the team at FlexiBuy commercial & Vansco The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have excellent administrative, numeracy and PC skills and enjoy working independently.

  • Key Accountabilities

  • As Sales Administrator you will need to ensure that the following duties 

  • Book keeping 

  • General Inputting of invoices 

  • Taxing of  vehicles

  • Assist with bringing vehicle purchases into stock

  • Registering Warranties and Breakdown cover

  • Key Skills

  • Professional personal manner and committed to providing first class customer service

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent Computer skills – Word / Excel - Zero 

  • Training & Support given on our dealer management Software
