FlexiBuy is a Self-Maintenance Business Contract Hire Agreement, cancellation of the Agreement is available at any time subject to 28 days notice being given. There are NO early cancellation fees. You may be charged for damage or excess mileage. On completion of the Hire Agreement, vehicles must be returned to FlexiBuy for removal of the Tracking System. At this point, FlexiBuy will offer a 14 day period where as a loyal customer, you can purchase the vehicle for £99 plus VAT. There is no obligation to purchase.
As a Rental Agreement, FlexiBuy is great for your Business, as there is no ownership during the agreement itself the vehicle is not an asset, therefore it does not show on your Balance Sheet and is not subject to depreciation. VAT Invoices are sent out monthly and 100% of the VAT can be reclaimed each month if the vehicle is used exclusively for commercial use. Our specialist Team would be happy to speak to your Accountants for you. With the flexibility of cancellation at any point, you also have the reassurance that if your circumstances change, the vehicle can be returned with no penalties.

Keep the vehicle serviced throughout the Agreement, the FlexiBuy Team will be on hand to help you with any issues or advise on servicing intervals and requirements.

Return the vehicle at any point by giving 28 days notice with no cancellation fees (fees may apply for damage or excess mileage)
